Because we ship directly from suppliers and partners, shipping times may vary due to demand, carrier delays, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Estimated Delivery: In most cases, delivery may take up to 20 days.
Delivery Guarantee: We guarantee delivery within 30 days from the shipping date. If your order does not arrive within 30 days, please contact us at hello@uselumera.com and we will assist you according to our policies.

Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

סעיף 19 — ויתור והסכם מלא

אי אכיפה של סעיף אינה מהווה ויתור.
תנאים אלו מהווים את ההסכם המלא בין הצדדים.

סעיף 20 — המחאה

אין להעביר זכויות או התחייבויות ללא אישור מראש.

סעיף 21 — דין וסמכות שיפוט

הדין החל הוא דין מדינת ישראל, וסמכות השיפוט נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל.

סעיף 22 — כותרות

הכותרות נועדו לנוחות בלבד ואינן משפיעות על פרשנות הסעיפים.
